The Micro-Reserve of Anthemis glaberrima is located on the northern shore of Agria Gramvousa islet (NATURA 2000, GR 4340001) and encompasses one of the two populations of the species. The micro-reserve occurs at an altitude of 0-20 m and has a surface of 4.5 ha. The larger part of its surface is covered by calcareous maritime rocks with halophilous vegetation and the remainder by low phryganic vegetation.
